Fluo is a sports booking marketplace that connects users with sports venues, activities, and other players across the UAE. We facilitate bookings but are not responsible for the services provided by venues.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Fluo
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• One account per person; accounts are non-transferable

4. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are subject to venue availability
• Payment is required at time of booking
• Cancellation policies vary by venue
• Fluo charges a service fee on transactions

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass or harm other users
• Provide false information
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Fluo are owned by Fluo Labs FZ LLC. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fluo is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service or activities booked through Fluo.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
